Founded by Suzanne Bolinder in 1999, Consido's primary objective has always been to help Swedes relocate to London as smoothly as possible.
Both Suzanne and her business partner, Ann-Katrin Frösslund, are Swedish and were each expatriates in several other countries before settling in the United Kingdom. Consequently, they are very familiar with the challenges faced during a move abroad and their combined experience enables them to make your relocation both effortless and enjoyable.
Suzanne Bolinder is managing director of Consido UK Ltd and is the company's property buying expert. With more than 11 years experience of the UK property market she has found ideal homes for more than 100 Swedish families, professionals and celebrities. Suzanne's insight, negotiating skills and extensive network of professional contacts give her a distinct advantage in this complex and competitive arena.
Suzanne is also a member of the council for The Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
Ann-Katrin Frösslund is the relocation & rentals specialist. Prior to joining Consido in 2005, she worked as a letting agent in West London, during which time she gained valuable insider knowledge and established strong connections with all the top suppliers and agencies.
